Q. What do Returns or Exchanges look like?

We don’t not offer any returns or exchanges. We are doing our best to keep moms and babies safe. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

Q. What is the Shipping policy? 

 Please note that orders are typically fulfilled within 5 business days, so make sure to account for that time when you place your order!

Prices are calculated at checkout, dependent on the size and weight of your order.
Tracking number will be provided after checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receiving orders.
Your order will be shipped via FEDEX or UPS standard delivery 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or any other external factors. 
Before dispatching your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes to the shipping label, so please double check address and spelling before check out.
When shipping to Canada Please allow 2- 7 international business days.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit, in this circumstance we would advise customers to speak directly with FEDEX or UPS. All orders will include insurance and tracking. In the event that an order is misplaced or stolen during transit, please contact the carrier and file a claim directly with FEDEX or UPS. 
A signature will be required at time of delivery. Please make sure you are available on your delivery day. I know this can sometimes be a inconvenience, but we make this a requirement to protect your purchase. This is also important information that can be used in a claim for lost or stolen orders.

Once an order leaves our wear house, we rely on our shipping partners to safely and quickly get your package delivered. Shipping carriers are still experiencing slight delays due to Covid-19.
